Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes

 

Ingredients

      2 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
      1  egg
      1 t vanilla extract
      1 t Stevia

pinch of cinnamon

Syrup ingredients:

      1 t butter

Cinnamon to your liking

 

Directions

Makes 1 serving.

Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla, stevia and cinnamon together in a bowl until blended. Heat griddle over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Pour small amount of butter on grill, cook 3-4 minutes. Flip carefully with spatula and cook 2-4 more minutes until done.

For homemade syrup, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add cinnamon.

5 Ingredient Peach Cobbler

1 cup milk

1 cup self-rising flour

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter, soft/melted

3-4 cups peaches (peeled and sliced)

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Grease large baking pan.

Mix milk, flour and sugar together in a bowl.  Add in butter and mix.

Lay peaches along the bottom of the greased baking pan.  Pour mixture on top and cover peaches entirely.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown/bubbling.

    ok, so when I think peach cobbler I imagine me over a hot over all day peeling peaches and folding dough trying to make it perfect. Baking is not my area, My husband usually handle that area. But this version, I can do this version. You made a classic dish and showed a very simple way to make it. My kids will thank you.
