If you’ve been on the hunt for some amazing brain games for kids, here are some top suggestions for you and your family!
In our house, every day is game night. We love to challenge each other and compete with one another on varying levels of games. With our kiddos being different ages, it can sometimes be a little difficult to find a game or two that meets all of our needs. Luckily, with the wide selection of games from Continuum and SmartGames, we’ve been able to adjust accordingly and everyone is always able to join the fun!
While I was given these games in exchange for a review, please know that the thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

Brain Games For Kids – Perfect Holiday Gifts
Do you know what I love about family games? They really do help to bring the family together. So many times we get distracted by TV, or by all the outside factors that it can be hard to find a way to settle down and enjoy the “present”. Giving games for Christmas gifts is always a winning idea, and when it comes to fun and strategic games that the entire family will love, here are a few of my top favorites!
Play Nine
Who loves golf? Think of Play Nine as your chance to play a little golf game inside this year when the weather just happens to be a little bit too cold! Perfect for 2-6 players and so simple and addictive. It takes a little bit of luck and a little bit of strategy, but with enough practice, you may just have the winning hand!
My family had so much fun playing this game and while we aren’t golf players per se, we didn’t have any issues at all jumping right in and tackling this one! Plus, the compact size of this portable game makes it perfect to keep in our camper or our travel bag for the ability to play anywhere that we go! You can purchase this via their website HERE or directly on Amazon below!

Diggin Dino Bones
My two kiddos were CRAZY about this game! We happened to give it a go on our latest camping adventure, and we couldn’t stop! It’s a fun way to interact and they loved the fact that part of the “diggin” was to pull from a pile and complete the puzzle. We seriously had so many laughs that my husband had to come inside the camper and see what was going on. Perfect for ages 4 and up! My 6 year old loved this game and it’s one of our favorites now! With this necklace kit, we had our own jewelry creation party that created memories, plus some really really cute and adorable necklaces! Single-Player Brain Games for Kids That You Will Love from SmartGames
I’ve always thought of myself as a person who loves games, but recently I’ve fallen in love with single-player brain games that I can literally play anywhere. No matter how busy my schedule is, I often find that I tend to have downtime during random situations…waiting at the doctor’s office, when I can’t fall asleep at night…you name it. BUT, my mind always likes to be busy and I always feel as though I have to do SOMETHING and this is where these single-player brain games come into focus and play!

With over 120 challenges to play and tackle on your own, you can rest easy knowing that your brain will be challenged! It’s seriously one of my favorite single-player games to play, and I find that each and every puzzle gets more challenging than the one before. On our latest camping trip, I sat around the campfire tackling puzzle after puzzle…and my kids love this game, too! At ages 6 and 10, it’s a great way to get their analytical thoughts rolling! Squirrels Go Nuts
I cannot tell you just how much our youngest daughter loves this game. She LOVES the fact that she can set it up on her own, and conquer each and every level without any help. I love how I can pack and take it anywhere with us, making it super simple to have her learning and thinking critically no matter where we are! Can you or your child drop the acorns in the holes? Have a space lover in your house? This single-player game is just what they need! Suitable for ages 8 and up, hours will be spent trying to free the spaceship!
