Carrot Cake Cheesecake Dip – The Easiest Dessert, Ever

While I love to bake, I love to “not bake” as well. And this cheesecake dip gives me the freedom to have a dessert that doesn’t require me to turn on the oven. That’s a total win in my book.

And have I ever mentioned that Oreo’s and Carrot Cake are my absolute weakness? I literally can’t say no to either, so it only makes sense that I combined them to create this epic and simple cheesecake dessert.

If you love sweets, you’ll love this. Perfect for summertime snacking, Easter dessert or in our house, a weekend treat. (I may make this while the girls are in school so I can taste test its perfection.)

Can you use this cheesecake dip with fruit?

For sure. It would be super tasty with some apple slices! Granny apples would pack a delicious punch and who doesn’t love the combination of tart and sweet?

How to make this cheesecake dip with pudding?

All you need are a few simple ingredients and you’ll be snacking away in no time at all.

  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping
  • 1 package cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup carrot cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • OREO Carrot Cake Cookies (the more the merrier!)

ingredients for cheesecake dip

Directions to make this no-bake cheesecake dessert

1. Take your Whipped Topping and scoop the whole 8oz container into a large mixing bowl. (Don’t forget to lick the spoon)

2. Next, you are going to add your cheesecake pudding mix & 2/3 cup of the Carrot Cake mix into a large mixing bowl.

3. Once that is mixed, it’s time to pour in 1/2 cup of milk into the large mixing bowl.

4. Stire and mix well.

5. Once done, you will scoop into a serving bowl.

6. Grab your package of Oreo Carrot Cake Cookies and start breaking them into smaller pieces. Take and add those pieces to the top of your Carrot Cake Dip.
