I really, really like hot wings. And this easy hot wings recipe is my jam. It’s one of those “finger-licking” good recipes that I’m not ashamed to say I’m crazy over.
When it comes to this spicy buffalo wings recipe, the hotter the better for me. I like my hot wings H-O-T, hot. Like mouth burning, fire-breathing hot. There’s actually a place in our town that sells hot wings with a temperature of BYFO (burn your face off). How awesome is that?
If you are using your Instant Pot at home to make hot wings, my opinion is that this is one of the best hot wings recipe out there. And I’m always amazed at what the Instant Pot can do! Is there any Instant Pot recipe that can’t be done? Seriously. (you can even make wine now in your Instant Pot!)
What goes with hot wings?
I’m a huge fan of these items to have with your hot wings:
- Ranch
- Blue Cheese Dressing
- Carrots and Celery
- Extra hot sauce to dip them in or have on top
What temperature are chicken wings done at?
It is so important to get your chicken wings cooked and done all the way through. It’s smart to have a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature as well. For these crispt hot wings, you’re going to want to make certain that they have an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Are buffalo wings keto-friendly?
As long as you aren’t adding any sort of breading and are keeping your sauces and dips low carb, these simple hot wings can totally be considered keto-friendly!
Do you put wing sauce on before or after you cook them?
For this recipe, you add the hot wing sauce in intervals as you cook them. That way it really gets that delicious taste and flavor to stay true and come on strong.
With the Super Bowl coming up, these simple Instant Pot hot wings are a must! You can feed yourself and all your family and friends with this delicious easy chicken wings recipe.
