If you’re looking for a place that you can catch your food and eat it too, Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House is calling your name. Heads up as those rolls are tossed around to hungry patrons as a tasty complement to their meal.
Growing up an athlete, I’m no stranger to catching a softball out on the diamond. But when that softball is replaced by a roll and my “glove” is now my hands, it’s a whole new ballgame, my friends.
But don’t fret. If your hand-eye coordination isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, you can just try, try again. If you want to catch a roll during your time at Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House, it will happen. Just don’t take your eye off that warm and delicious prize!

Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House – Heads Up For The Flying Rolls!
From the moment that you arrive, you know you’re in for a true treat. The giant cow out front is basically daring you to not eat here..and who can say “no” to a massive steer staring you in the face? If you can, “moo”re power to ya.
You won’t want to miss out on all the decor at Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House
One of the coolest restaurants I’ve seen decorated on the inside just happens to be at Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House. It’s like taking a step back into your childhood memories and dreams. Every memento and character that you could think of is somewhere in that building…and if it’s not, then you’ll find something else there that you just love and adore.
I’m a bit obsessed with the movie “The Christmas Story” so a picture of the leg lamp just had to happen.
My husband has fond memories of the hulk growing so, so seeing him dangling from the ceiling was quite a true treat!
And these were just a few of the fun things you’ll see. As you can tell, we spent most of our time pointing out all the fun decor!
Appetizers and Catfish at Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House
One thing is for certain. We arrived hungry. And when this giant blooming onion appetizer appeared on our table, it was like pure magic. They knew we were hungry and they knew what we’d like. We dove in and there was actually a bit of silence at our table while everyone was chowing down! (do you blame us?!)
But that silence was soon broken up by one of the prettiest voices I’ve heard. Not only were we being tossed those warm and delicious rolls, but we were being serenaded by a fabulous singer and entertainer at the same time!
And while she was singing, we were all ears. (and hands of course! We couldn’t NOT catch those rolls!) And if we weren’t stuffed enough from the rolls and appetizer, we got to fill out tummies with this massive plate of catfish and fries! (I know that everyone says that everything’s bigger in Texas, but I think Branson and their serving sizes would give them a run for their money!)
Come for the food, stay for the fun
We truly enjoyed our time at Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House. The food options were great, the decor was fun and the ability to relax and enjoy the moment is unforgettable.
